Official Brazoria County records come from the government office that created or maintains them. The Sheriff handles sheriff reports and county jail information, while the District Clerk keeps felony court files. City police reports remain with the reporting department, and statewide criminal history comes from Texas DPS. The contacts below route each request to its actual custodian rather than this private site.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve an official record, conduct an official criminal history check, correct or remove a record, or receive an expunction filing. Those services belong to the government custodian.
